If plans come to fruition, versatile big man Kerby Raymundo could be wearing a Ginebra uniform when the PBA Commissioner’s Cup starts next month.
Multiple sources told InterAKTV that B-MEG is working on a deal to send the 31-year-old forward to the Gin Kings. The Llamados could receive a package that includes Ginebra center Enrico Villanueva and forward JC Intal.
But since the two franchises are sister teams under the San Miguel Corporation umbrella, PBA rules allow no direct player transactions to be made between them. A source privy to the negotiations said that Barako Bull could serve as the third franchise in the deal, and that more players could be involved.
A 10-time all-star selection and a three-time member of the PBA mythical squad, Raymundo has been part of the Purefoods franchise since 2002, winning the Governors’ Cup finals Most Valuable Player award in his first tournament with the team. After missing most of last season due to injury, the former Letran stalwart made a triumphant return for the Llamados in the Philippine Cup, ranking first on the team in assists, second in rebounding, and third in scoring.
Curiously, B-MEG, Ginebra, and Barako Bull were also involved in a blockbuster deal last conference that sent Llamados forward Rico Maierhofer and Energy rookie Allein Maliksi to the Gin Kings.

Walang question sa age factor regarding Kerby impending trade, but two against one, parang malaking sugal sa Ginebra this coming conference when you need power and versatility down low.
Pero ngayon nakapag-adjust sina Rico Villanueva at JC Intal sa mga role nila sa Ginebra, we don't know kung maganda ang kahihinatnan at resulta ng trade na ito para sa Gin Kings.
Management knows best para sa team, pero hindi palagi tama ang management sa kanilang desisyon, maybe nakita na nila ang lahat ng angulo ng laro at kayang iambag nila Rico V at JC Intal para sa team.
Kaya't nag-decided sila na mag-sumite ng trade proposal sa table ni Com. at tignan naman ang magagawa sa pagkuha nila Kerby, its all about the angle of the coaching board for each team.

Kung palitang Ronald at KG para kay Dylan ang pag-uusapan kapag-nakuha ng Ginebra na conduit ang Red Bull para matuloy ang palitan nila ng BMEG.
Parang pinakita lang ng Ginebra na malaki ang kanilang pagkakamali nuong kunin nila si Reil Cervantes over Dylan na black horse ng 2011 rookie draft.
Walang question sa age factor, pero sa mga accomplishments at tibay ng loob sa crucial minutes of plays ay malaki ang lamang ng veteran instincts nila Ronald at KG against Dylan.
Kung si Dylan naman ang pag-uusapan nakinakitaan ng galing sa unang conference pa lamang against years of experience nila Ronald at KG, ika-nga ng isang NBA coach, "you couldn't match instinct with skills and vice-versa you cannot teach instinct but you can add skills."
Mukhang nakita narin ng Ginebra coaching staff at management ang kayang i-contribute nila KG at Ronald para sa team, pero two against one its clearly an indication of not doing your assignment regularly or napabayaan at aminado sa pagkakamali.
Same way sa trade nila Kerby for JC and Rico, ganun din siguro ang iniisip ng management at coaching staff ng Ginebra.
I know deadline for this trade to materialize is on the 27 of January 2012 or perhaps until next Friday first week of the month of February 2012. If nothing happens by Friday, this trade won't happen.
pwde... guys look at the future of the team, not the present, remember kerby is almost at his career ending stage, malaking tulong si JC at si rico, rico is a godd passer in ttriangle... and JC is young and most promising player, pero suggestions lang sana makuha nyo din si Ranidel De oCampo, most accurate in 3offense.
